2. How We Use Your Information
We use personal information to:
- Process and fulfill orders, payments, and returns
- Communicate about orders, customer service, and account activity
- Send marketing communications, where you've opted in (and let you opt out at any time)
- Improve the Site, our products, and the shopping experience
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
- Comply with legal obligations
- Run advertising and analyze ad performance, where permitted by your consent/choices
3. Legal Bases for Processing (EEA/UK Visitors)
If you are located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, we rely on the following legal bases under the GDPR/UK GDPR:
- Contract — to process and fulfill your order
- Consent — for marketing emails/SMS and non-essential cookies
- Legitimate interests — for fraud prevention, Site security, and analytics, balanced against your rights
- Legal obligation — for tax, accounting, and regulatory recordkeeping
You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
4. Payment Processing
Purchases are processed through Shopify's payment infrastructure and/or third-party payment gateways. We do not store full payment card numbers on our own systems.

5. Analytics and Advertising
We use the following third-party tools to understand Site usage and, where applicable, deliver advertising:
- Google Analytics — collects usage data such as pages visited and session duration. You can opt out via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or by declining analytics cookies in our cookie banner.
- Meta/Facebook Pixel — if enabled, this tracks conversions and enables retargeting ads on Facebook/Instagram. Under CCPA/CPRA, this may constitute a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. See Section 9 for your opt-out rights.
- TikTok Pixel — collects data about your interactions on the Site to enable targeted advertising and retargeting on TikTok, and to measure advertising campaign effectiveness.
- Pinterest Tag — tracks conversions and on-site actions to enable targeted advertising on Pinterest and measure campaign performance.
We do not sell personal information for money. Where required by law, use of advertising pixels that share data with ad networks is treated as a "sale" or "sharing," and you can opt out as described in Section 9.
6. Disclosure of Information
We disclose personal information to:
- Service providers who help us operate the Site (Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, email/SMS platforms, analytics and advertising partners)
- Legal authorities, if required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, property, or safety
- A successor entity, if we undergo a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (you will be notified per Section 12)
We do not sell your personal information to third parties for monetary payment.
